- Standard 14' of wood fence removal and reinstallation upon completion of pool.

- 6" standard ceramic waterline tile
- White mini pebble exposed aggregate interior finish
- 1 Hayward Color Logic light low voltage LED lights
- Two Skimmers and main drain separately valved to help collect surface and floor debris
- (1) pool miser auto-fill to help maintain water level without having to fill pool manually
- Hayward 1.85 variable speed pump to help save on energy costs after build is complete
- Hayward quad cartridge filter
- (4) Four 3⁄4" fan jets to keep pool cool and comfortable with a turn of a valve during the hot summer months.
- (5) return outlets to maintain excellent circulation of chemically treated pool water.
- Manual vacuum head, hose, 8' x16' telescopic pole, deep leaf net, 7 in one test strips for testing water chemistry, and 18" wall brush.
NOTE: price of pools does not include tax, reroutes of any kind or landscaping, and must have easy access for 7' bobcat for excavation.
